Mr. Connelly is a native of the greater Philadelphia area and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University in 1987.

He entered the IT industry not long after relocating to Atlanta in 1991. He joined the NEETRAC family in 2005.

In addition to looking after NEETRAC's workstation and network needs, he also maintains the NEETRAC website and acts as the recording secretary for the NEETRAC Advisory and Management Board meetings.

When he is away from the office, Mr. Connelly sings professionally and freelances as a theatre/film/opera historian and spoils his dogs.
